How long does my order take to ship?

In most cases, your order will ship within 2 days of checkout.

How are orders shipped? 

All orders are shipped from California via FedEx 2 Day shipping anywhere in the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email, so please be sure to immediately retrieve your worms from outside upon delivery to ensure their healthy arrival and acclimation success!

What is your return policy? 

If your worms do not Arrive Alive to your home, please email us within 24 hours and we will promptly reship your worm order at no charge. There is no need to return any material. Please see our Terms of Sale for more information.
